Forest Heath Group is a forward-thinking General Practice operating over three sites and serving over 20,000 patients in Bracknell, Berkshire.
We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated, productive and proactive practice Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for organisational leadership, service improvement and delivering key financial targets across the full range of clinical and administrative areas.
A high degree of personal organisational skill is required as well as a systematic approach to problem solving and pathway planning. Our practice manger will be responsible for all aspects of HR within the organisation and will be assisted by an HR administrator (subject to recruitment).
Working alongside the partners and management team you will be responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of the practice, demand management and the improvement of practice income as well as quality improvement.
You will be working alongside the existing junior management staff to ensure the efficient running of the practice on a day-to-day basis and be supported by our Finance manager and IT analyst to provide the intelligence needed for your work. However, excellent data extraction and computer skills are vital for the position.
Essential requirements include:
• Excellent communications skills
• Proven senior leadership experience
• High level IT literacy and analytical skills
Previous NHS experience is desirable but not essential.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
Forest Health Group will provide the successful candidate with a budget to recruit other (staff subject to agreement) in order to complete the re structure of our management team in line with the needs of the new practice manager and the business.
