We collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us with in any other way. When you contact us, you are consenting to us collecting and using any personal information or data that you supply. This may include name, email, other contact details, password, job role, site of working, communications, comments, feedback, and personal profile information.

Contacting us does not cause a BBOLMC member’s account to be created.

How do we store, use, share and disclose site visitors' personal information?

Sending information over the internet is generally not completely secure. Any data you send is at your own risk.

Our pubic-facing web is hosted on the platform. provides us with the online platform that allows us to inform visitors of our organisation and publish material we consider relevant to stakeholders for whom the material is written. Any data you provide through our public-facing website may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We may also store your data alongside member’s information as described in the next paragraph where we deem it appropriate, even if you are not a member.

Members’ information is stored on BBOLMC Office 365 cloud-based storage, hosted by MS Azure, and/or BBOLMC intranet this is stored on the BBOLMC Server which is located in the Marlow office.  If we communicate with you via email, this communication will be stored on Microsoft Exchange servers hosted within the UK. The BBOLMC, MS Azure, and Exchange servers are secure servers located in the United Kingdom, and the only authorised access is the BBOLMC secretariat (and our IT support for maintenance).   MS Azure allows for off-site backup in case of primary site loss. 

Disclosing your information

We may pass on your personal information if we have a legal obligation to do so. This includes exchanging information with government departments for legal reasons.

We won’t ever share your information with any other organisations for marketing, market research or commercial purposes, and we don’t pass on your details to other websites.

Your rights

You can find out what information we hold about you, and ask us not to use any of the information we collect. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and can delete your account (and any data we hold about you).
